We are going to be dishing out the dirt about the dirt behind some of our favorite wines. Understanding soil types, or "terroir", is an essential part of understanding wine and its effect on taste profiles. This class will examine various wine varietals from different parts of the world and dig deep into the geology that makes them what they are.
