WINESDAY! Join us each Wednesday night between 5 - 7:30 pm for an epic tasting of five wines. $10 at the door; free for wine club members!
Thursday: Caviar Night. Enjoy featured pours and sips with the purchase of a tin of Sturia caviar, as well as $40 spoonfuls of Sturia Oscietra caviar.
Saturday: Whiskey Night! Did you know we have one of the largest whiskey collections in Richmond? Enjoy half price pours on select whiskeys after 5 pm on Saturdays.
Collector's Tasting: Tuscany
With a storied 1,000+ year history, Tuscany has quite the portfolio of wine to examine. Join Jenna in the Whisper Room for a guided tasting through some of the world's most sought after collectables. We'll explore Super Tuscans and the impact they had on the wine world. We'll take a deep dive into Chianti Classico and learn why the classification is so guarded. We'll take a drive up into the hills of Montalcino for a taste of Brunello: often called the King of wines. There are so many corners of Tuscany to be explored and the best way to do that is in the glass!

Wine Class: Chasing Chile
Jenna's been itching to drop down to the Southern Hemisphere and do a few sessions about Chile and Argentina. For this class, she's going to take you to soaring heights in Patagonia and into the deepest recesses of the Colchagua Valley. You'll learn about wineries who use the chants of Gregorian Monks and winemakers who see something unique in their vineyards and push to be recognized as a DO. Chile is a vast land of long lasting and lean wines that are sure to delight your palate and pique your interest.

Collector's Tasting: Stickies
Affectionately called 'Stickies' in the land down under, there is a wide world of dessert wines that are begging to be explored. Ranging from high alcohol and high sugar to high acid and high sugar, Sticky Wines were once more popular that what we consider traditional table wines.
Join Jenna in the Whisper Room for an in-depth overview of Sticky wines, their purpose and place, and why they have often been considered the "nectar of the gods." A few savory treats will be available to off-set the sweetness. This tasting is not to be missed if you're looking to round out your wine education!

Wine Class: Alpine Wine
As part of Apres Ski, we’re bringing you a Master Class in Alpine Wine. Join Jenna in The Whisper Room as she breaks down the nitty gritty on these cool climate gems.
From France to Slovenia, we’re going to take you on a back country journey through the whites, roses, and reds of these wintery landscapes. From mineral-driven and savory whites like Chasselas to ripe, lower alcohol reds like Teroldego, this is a tasting that is going to make you want to back your bags and your snow shoes and head out on an adventure.

The Return of Après Ski
Our Après Ski themed pop-up makes its return to Wine Whisperer on Friday, January 2. Expect cocktails perfect for sipping after your day on “the slopes,” rich, Alpine inspired nibbles and cheeses, and all of the after-party vibes.
We’ve got a couple of new tricks for the slopes this year with some epic patio-parties to be announced in the coming days. We can’t wait to party with you!

New Year's Eve
Join us as we celebrate the end of 2025 and welcome all that will come in 2026.
The Wine Whisperer will be offering a four course prix fixe menu designed to celebrate New Year's Eve with sophistication and sparkle. Seatings starting at 3 pm with our last reservation available at 8:30 pm.
Your experience begins with a chef’s amuse-bouche, followed by your choice of Steak Tartare, Roasted Delicata Squash, or Lobster Bisque to start.
For the entrée course, choose between Pan-Seared Rockfish, Prime Rib, or Ricotta & Crab Gnocchi.
Finish the evening with your choice of Chocolate Mousse or Olive Oil Cake — the sweetest way to toast to the year ahead.
Enhance your celebration with caviar add-ons, an extensive glass list, and sparkling flights available for purchase that evening.
Reservations: The prix fixe menu is $100 per person. A deposit of $25 per person is required to book this experience. Any deposits paid will be credited to the final bill on 12/31. Cancellations are non-refundable after 12/28.

Producer Dinner: Rasa Vineyards
We will be welcoming Pinto Naravane back to the Wine Whisperer for a paired wine dinner featuring the wines of Rasa Vineyards on Tuesday, November 18 at 6:30 pm.
Pinto and Billo Naravane have been wine enthusiasts since “forever." They are avid wine collectors and oenophiles. After working almost two decades in the Computer Industry, they finally ditched it all. Pinto and Billo took the plunge to go completely native in the wild, cut throat world of wine making. The Naravane brothers formed Rasa Vineyards in 2007 with the goal of producing ultra-premium, terroir specific wines.
Trust us when we say, you don't want to miss this.

Collector's Tasting: Burgundy
We’ll explore what makes Burgundy so extraordinary — from its centuries-old vineyard classifications to the artistry of its producers — and taste through wines from some of Jenna’s favorite communes, showcasing the nuance and beauty of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at their highest expression.
This is a guided collector’s tasting designed for those who love diving deep into terroir, tradition, and the quiet brilliance of Burgundy. Expect limited-production bottlings, thoughtful conversation, and an unforgettable journey through the Côte d’Or and beyond.

Holiday Tasting
It’s that time of year again — our annual Holiday Open House Tasting is this Saturday from 1–4 PM! We’ll be pouring close to 80 wines over the two tasting weekends, showcasing the bottles we’re most excited to share for your holiday table.
Whether you’re stocking up for gatherings, gifting, or just treating yourself, this is the best chance to taste, compare, and discover your new seasonal favorites, as we offer a generous discount on purchases to attendees!
We recommend arriving before 3 pm to give yourself enough time to taste through our offerings.
